International Warranty

This limited one-year warranty is a voluntary manufacturer warranty provided by Warsan Group UK on each product ("Product") sold through the website: www.iqrastudio.com ("the Website"). www.iqrastudio.com ​

Any reference herein to "you" or "your" means the consumer who purchases the Product(s) from the Website.

The warranty is in addition to your legal rights under consumer law, and consumers may choose to request services under the warranty or under the rights granted to you as a consumer.

What the Warranty Covers:

Warsan Group UK warrants that the Product, for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase from the Iqra Studio Website, will be free from material and workmanship defects, provided that the Product is used only in accordance with the guidelines published on the Iqra Studio Website, including the Product user manual, technical specifications, etc., subject to the limitations set forth in this document.

The warranty only applies to the Product(s) you purchased for personal use, not for resale, and where you have a purchase receipt as proof of purchase.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover:

The warranty does not apply to:

1- Products purchased through channels other than the Website or registered distributors.

2- Issues that arise more than one (1) year from the original date of purchase of the Product from the Iqra Studio Website or registered distributors.

3- Consumable parts, such as batteries or protective coatings.

4- Cosmetic damage, including but not limited to, scratches, dents, and broken plastic parts.

5- Damage caused by external factors, including but not limited to, accidents, misuse, contact with liquid, fire.

6- Damage caused by operating the Product outside the guidelines published on the Iqra Studio Website regarding the Product, including the Product user manual, technical       specifications, etc. (Note: You cannot open or disassemble the Product in any way other than as expressly described in the Product user manual).

7- Products that have been modified.

8- Defects resulting from normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the passage of time.

9- Stolen products, or Products that Iqra Studio has reason to believe are stolen.

Please note that the warranty will be void if the Product is repaired or attempted to be repaired by any person or company.

Additionally, the warranty does not apply to any product other than the Product purchased and mentioned on the receipt.

Warsan Group UK is not responsible for compensations, claims, or damages where the warranty does not apply. For liability limitations, please see below.

What Happens in the Event of a Warranty Claim?

If you make a valid warranty claim, Warsan Group UK will, at its discretion:

Replace your Product with a functionally equivalent product composed of new and/or previously used parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability; or              Refund the purchase price in exchange for the return of your Product.

Upon replacing a product or part thereof or refunding, any replacement item becomes your property, and the replaced or refunded item becomes the property of Warsan Group UK. The replacement product will assume the remaining warranty of the original product or provide you with a warranty during ninety (90) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever gives you longer warranty coverage.

Liability Limitations:

1- Entire Agreement:

Except for rights granted to you under consumer law, all other warranties and conditions not mentioned in the warranty are excluded from the warranty. This warranty is your exclusive warranty and replaces all other warranties or conditions, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Some countries do not allow limitations on warranties or on the period of warranties and/or implied conditions, in which case, these warranties only apply for a period and to the extent required by law and are limited to the warranty period if applicable under this law.

2- Liability Limitation:

Warsan Group UK will not be liable for:

• Any loss or damage related to material or workmanship defects of the product.

• Any losses not resulting from a breach by Warsan Group UK of the warranty.

• Any loss or damage not reasonably foreseeable at the time of your purchase of the product as a result of a breach by Warsan Group UK of the warranty.

• Losses related to any business of yours, loss of profits, data loss, or loss of opportunity.

The warranty liability limitation does not apply to (1) death or personal injury; (2) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (3) any other liabilities that cannot be limited or excluded as a matter of law.

General:

If any of the terms and conditions stated in this warranty are found to be illegal or unenforceable, they must be severed from the warranty, and the legality or enforceability of the remaining terms will not be affected.

This warranty is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country where the Product was originally purchased. No third party, including Warsan Group UK or any of its employees, is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to the warranty.
