How long does the shipping process take?
The shipping time depends on your geographical location and the warehouse we will be shipping from. If you are in the Gulf, your order will arrive within 7-10 days. For other parts of the world, it will take 10 to 21 days depending on your location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email. When your order is dispatched from our warehouses, you will receive another email with order tracking information and instructions on how to track it.
Do you offer a warranty? Can I return my purchases?
Yes, we offer a 12-month warranty on the product. If the product is defective, contact us. Returns and exchanges can also be requested for eligible items that remain unused and in their original packaging.
Can I change or cancel the order?
Yes, you have a 24-hour cooling-off period after purchasing the product. During this period, you can change or cancel the order. We start processing orders for shipment after 24 hours from the time of the order, after which you cannot change or cancel the order.

Are the included Type-C to Type-C and Type-C to Lightning cables universally compatible?
Due to the specialized echo technology, these cables are designed for use exclusively with Iqra Studio headphones. The echo technology will not work with Iqra Studio headphones when using any similar cable, and you will not achieve the same audio quality.
Is the included microphone universally compatible with Iqra Studio?

What are the reverb levels available in Iqra Studio?
There are five levels of reverb, starting with zero – suitable for recording podcasts, lectures, and online education. As you choose higher levels from two to five, you'll get progressively more reverb effect.
What is the benefit of the auto-boost button?
The automatic boost button enhances your voice with echo, for clearer and louder sound.
